首席AI官认证（Chief AI Officer, CAIO）是由IAICA推动建立的课程与认证体系，面向人工智能时代的人才培养、能力提升与组织转型需求而设立。
本体系关注的不仅是如何使用AI工具，更强调对AI底层逻辑、应用边界、场景整合与战略价值的系统理解，旨在培养能够真正理解AI、善用AI、整合AI，并推动AI落地应用的复合型人才。
在人工智能快速进入教育、管理、服务、内容生产、企业运营和社会治理等领域的背景下，未来所需要的人才，不再只是单纯的工具使用者，而是能够将AI转化为现实生产力、组织协同力与社会服务力的关键推动者。首席AI认证正是在这一背景下提出的人才培养与认证体系。

课程体系
首席AI认证课程体系拟分为三个层级：
一级：AI应用官（AI Operator）
面向大众、学生及职场人士，重点培养学员的AI基础认知、Prompt表达能力和常见AI工具使用能力，帮助学员提升学习、办公与信息处理效率。
二级：AI整合官（AI Integrator）
面向管理者、产品经理、创业者及业务骨干，重点培养AI工作流设计、多工具协同、自动化整合及业务流程优化能力。
三级：首席AI官（Chief AI Officer）
面向企业负责人、高级管理者及机构决策者，重点培养AI战略思维、组织应用、场景落地、项目管理及AI治理能力。

The Chief AI Officer certification is a talent development and certification system proposed in this context.

Curriculum
The Chief AI Certification curriculum is planned to be divided into three levels:
Level 1: AI Operator
Targeting the general public, students, and professionals, this level focuses on cultivating participants' basic AI knowledge, prompting skills, and proficiency in using common AI tools, helping them improve their learning, work, and information processing efficiency.
Level 2: AI Integrator
Targeting managers, product managers, entrepreneurs, and key business personnel, this level focuses on cultivating abilities in AI workflow design, multi-tool collaboration, automated integration, and business process optimization.
Level 3: Chief AI Officer
